WestOne Business Services offers a discrete and reliable mail collection service to business and personal customers from any part of the World.  Our address is based in Holborn, City of London, EC1N. We can provide a secure, fixed street address for all our customers needs.

We can immediately supply you with a Post Office PO box or street address for your business or personal use. Depending on your requirements you may use both addresses if you wish.  We also offer our business customers the opportunity to use the address as their company's registered office - giving you the professional advantage of being registered in one of the worlds largest and most lucrative financial capitals.

Meeting your needs - mail forwarded, held for collection, the choice is yours

Customers may choose to have their mail forwarded when needed; daily, weekly or quarterly - we are happy to meet your requirements.  You may also choose to arrange to collect your mail if this is more convenient.  We are happy to receive all types of mail, letters, parcels, special delivery and forward these as requested by the customer.  We can also deal with urgent mail appropriately and can offer to scan and email, fax or courier urgent items as required.

Customers will also be able to choose if they wish to not receive certain mail such as junk mail items and catalogues.

Our Mail Holding and Forwarding Service terms of usage

All mail services have a minimum term of 3 months, 6 months or 9 months or 12 months, payable in advance.  All mail-forwarding services require a deposit of either £10, £20 or £30 for postal/mail forwarding, depending on the amount of mail you will receive.

New Scan and Send Mail Service

Our Scan and Send service is a quick and simple solution to receiving your mail.

We receive your mail as normal, but rather than redirecting the mail back through the post it is scanned and uploaded to a secure password protected web server for you to download additionally we can email the scanned document to you if this is preferred. The choice is yours.

Ideal for those who want their mail the same day it arrives at our offices or those who are busy and on the move.
